Team Director Greg Harger said, "This was a good outing for the team
as we are just getting into heavy training for the upcoming Club
Cross Country Championships in December. This weekend was a very
good motivational outing as we prepare for cross country." Harger
added, "The course was very challenging and the event was very
well organized. We look forward to bringing a men's team next year."
The Invaders women's team have consistently performed at the
US National Club Championships with every performance resulting
in a top two finish. At the USA Club Cross Country Championships
the women's team won the team title in 2001 and finished 2nd
three times in 1999, 2000, and 2002. At the USA Track & Field
Club Championships the women won the title in 2001, 2003, and 2004,
